Hoe do I code PP PIH if code O13. only includes trimesters? and are the weeks still required since they no longer apply?
 
Look up Hypertension/complicating puerperium/pregnancy induced. Tells you to use O13.9. It doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but because it is unspecified trimester it is used for pp. You would also code the Z37 code. Z3A code wouldn't make sense to code since she is no longer pregnant.

Since this is a week after delivery would I still need the Z37? There doesn't seem to be any Z code that applies.
