I can only find a code for congenital radioulnar synostosis. What code do you think is best for post-traumatic? I used Other disorder of bone, forearm. Any other suggestions?

Did you check coding clinic? There is an article which might contain a diagnosis answer but I don't have access so I can't see the whole thing. It may be talking more about procedure codes, not sure.
If you use the bone disorder one, you might want to add the fracture with the S code, or maybe could be more of a complication if they have hardware in too? Without seeing the notes tough to be 100% Depends on the documentation.

Thanks Amy! Yes, I used the fracture sequela also. I don't have access to the coding clinic either, but I did see reference to the article.

I think I have used that bone code before for that type issue. It makes sense to me the way you did it.
