Hi - I can't post the op report due to the program that I'm using right now. If someone would please give me their thoughts on the codes based on the procedure description alone. It's been awhile since I've done spine. My draft codes are:
22610, 22614 x 11, 22842, 20936, 20930. I think I'm missing lumbar codes? Not confident at all, wanted to attempt.
Procedure
1. T2-T3, T3-T4, T4-T-5, T-5-T6, T6-T7, T7-T8, T8-T9, T9-T10, T10-T11, T11-T12, T12-L1, L1-L2, 12-level posterior arthrodesis.
2. T2, T3, T4, T5, T6, T7, T8, T9, T10, T11, L1, L2, 139?)- vertebrae pedicle screw and rod fixation using the Innovasis pedicle screw rod system.
3. Placement of thoracic and lumbar pedicle screws utilizing the BrainLAB neuronavigation system.
4 Use of local spinous process for morselized autograft throught the same fascial incision.
5. Use of 2 large infuse and 10ml of DBM putty for morselized allograft.
