Hi! has anyone come across this when coding for spinal deformity. I'm looking at 22800 with 22214 or
22633 & 22214 for Posterior interbody fusion & posterior osteotomy

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

better late than never.....

I would agree with the 22800 (because you are working with a scoli) and 2221x. We actually do a fair number of these, both for degenerative issues and deformities.
