Posterior Thoracic Combined Fusion-expert Neurosurgery coder needed!

Patient has total T10 corpectomy for tumor resection (63101). Surgeon then placed a PEEK cage w/DBM POSTERIORLY at the corpectomy defect. He decorticates the lamina and facets from T8-12 and places the decorticated materials along with DBM from T8-T12 lateral structures. Two questions, is this or is this not a combined posterior thoracic fusion? If so, would not the appropriate code to report this portion of the procedure be 22899 compared to 22633 since there is currently no code for combined posterior thoracic fusion? If I am correct does any one have any guidance, whether from KZA, AANS or AMA CPT that supports this coding?
