Can someone please provide guidelines on how to bill this? Is 22633 a good code to use. Thanks.
 
Depends. Fusions are tricky because you have to know the level(s) and what procedures were done on each level. Including if any hardware was placed. Or if the patient had a previous fusion and they inspected and/or removed hardware. The graft also depends on what your are using for the graft. (20930-20938). 22600, 22610, 22612 may be where you want to start for the fusion, and then each level would be 22614. All those are billable if the operative report proves it. Hopefully thats a good start.
