Patient has WELLCARE OF FL - STAYWELL (MEDICAID REPLACEMENT - HMO) insurance. Patient seen 1 week for postpartum mood check to evaluate status of depression after Vaginal Delivery on 11/14/2019 . She has a history of multiple suicide attempts as well as depression on Zoloft. Can you bill a E/M separately for postpartum depression check outside of the global delivery? TIA!
