Wiki Pqri - Does anyone have a CPT - Does anyone have a CPT list

Does anyone have a CPT list that the PQRI relates to? I have to add the measures onto the Surgery Superbills. I don't see a list and I am not sure how to figure out which CPTs are requiring the measures.
