Does anyone have a CPT list that the PQRI relates to? I have to add the measures onto the Surgery Superbills. I don't see a list and I am not sure how to figure out which CPTs are requiring the measures.

have you gotten a list yet? i have one but its rather long. you were asking for the cpt codes that apply to pqri correct.
