Hi,
We have already submitted some PQRI measures by claims in 2011, but want to switch to registry. I can only find documentation that explains how to submit by claims OR registry, but nothing that discusses switching mid-year from claims to registry.

Can someone please guide me to documentation that explains what happens when part of the year is submitted on claims and part on registry?

Also, what happens when you swich measures? We have surgical providers who have been reporting #20-23 on claims, but want to switch to 41-44 (?? exactly) on registry. Any advice on this??
