Hello everyone, I am having a little problem completely understanding the reporting of PQRI. When we are reporting for measure 130 for example (Documentation of Current Medications in the Medical Record) and our MA's are gathering all the information that can about all of the prescriptions, over the counter, herbal, vitamins etc. We are not getting all of the requirements to report a G8427 (we are not getting the dosage, frequency and route) so we have to report G8428. By reporting a G8428 are we still getting full credit for reporting this or what? We want to make sure that we are receiving full credit for all the codes we are reporting. Any information to lead us in the right direction would be helpful.
