I AM TRYING TO FIND INFORMATION ON PQRI AND I HAVE BEEN TO CMS BUT I STILL DON'T FULLY UNDERSTAND IT AND OUR PRACTICE WOULD LIKE TO USE IT. IF ANYONE CAN GIVE ME ANY HELP THAT WOULD BE GREAT. THANKS AND HAVE A GREAT DAY

Just my opinion, but I think the PQRI is more hassle than it's worth. MY office does it track the measures and I spend more time trying to track down the info or getting the doctors to document which measures they are tracking. I don't think the little bit of extra money CMS pays is worth the amount of time the office spends. I dont really understand PQRI, and I don't don't think it's helped my docs make any different decisions than they were prior to its implementation.
