Hello all! My physician has decided he wants to begin reporting PQRI measures (ophthalmology), (he is currently eRx), and I have been researching CMS website for help. I have found an abundance of information, but, I have more questions. If anyone is reporting, I would reallly appreciate thoughts-guidance-maybe even a PQRI for dummies manual. I hope I'm making this alot harder that it actually is! THANKS in advance!

We found all our answers from CMS in their questiona asked forum for PQRI. The hardest part for us was watching for the correct ICD 9 codes for that procedure to distinguish the patients we could use for the PQRI. We saw that some physicians really benefited from this also. Goodluck!
