Wiki PQRI payment from medadvantage plans

I'm sure this isn't the proper catagory for this question, but since I work in orthopaedics, I'll post here.
We are receiving 2007 PQRI incentive payments from all our medadvantage plans. We did not bill any of the PQRI incentive codes to any of our medadvantage carriers. We are confused as to why we are receiving payments from them. when we began the PQRI program we were told medadvantage plans were not participating, only traditional Medicare. All attempts to call and get answers from the plans have been unanswered so far. Is anyone else receiving these payments & understand how/why we are getting them?
