Can anyone give me some pointers on how to implement PQRI in our office? The easiest way to get started, examples of claim forms and any other forms would be very helpful. We are new to this and need all the information I can get. I have looked on all the medical websites however I wanted info. to come from an office that is acutally doing it and has concrete examples for me.
