Hello,

Is anyone having trouble with Noridian not recognizing the following reporting codes.

1034F, 1055F, 1157F,1158F, 1159F, 1160F, 5005F.

We are a ACO organization and these codes are not being recognized by Noridian. We are getting the following code on the EOB

N56-procedure code billed is not correct/valid for the services billed or the date of service billed.

PQRS quality measures.

Double check with your manager you may be using the incorrect code. We are also an ACO organization and I have a list of specific codes that we use . 1158 F is to indicate you have spoken to the pt about adv. dir or end of life planning. However the codes that are being measured are 1123F and 1124 F.
