Does anyone understand the whole Medicare PQRS coding? I understand that I need to pick 20 patients with the same diagnosis and code with the appropriate G code such as 99214 with dx of 250.00 and using the G8552 with a zero charge. But do I bill this each time the patient is seen? And is anyone billing this yet without any issues?
