For those of you who report Measures 20, 21, & 22 can you help me understand these measures? I just realized theese measures apply to the kyphoplasty codes so we need to be reporting them. When I present this information to the doctors they are going to want me to explain these measures in lay terms so I need to make sure that I fully understand them.

Also, can someone verify these do apply to individual claims reporting and not solely group reporting
