Has anyone come up with some other/usable documentation regarding general surgery PQRS measures, excluding EHR? I have several documents and we tried the perioperative group measure, but didn't meet the #22 antibiotic, because it is not used by the hospital. It has been difficult trying to find one that meets what we do in the clinic versus surgeries.
 
What about 23? We use 20, 21, 22, and 23, but if you can't do 22, obviously 20 and 21 won't work either. There is one related to the timing of colonoscopies that I can't remember the number of that we have considered doing.
