Is anyone else out there struggling with the differences between these two ?

Some codes are accepted by HMO's but not by Medicare and vice versa

I am wanting to work on a sort of "cheat sheet" that will show side by side coding to make it easier for my staff. Anyone want to work with me on this project or have any tips or tools they already use?
