When a patient is admitted and has a non-tunnel cath placed on RIJ and 2 days later has a another one placed LIJ - would you give them 2 PQRS's or just 1 for the patient encounter?

Another question is they placed a bilateral internal jugular non-tunneled caths would you give 2 PQRS's or just 1 for the patient encounter?

Thanks

here is a link, which states" Each time a CVC is inserted." You also need to be very careful and make sure all elements are documented. They must dictate all the preventions and sterile barriers used each time...
"with all elements of
maximal sterile barrier technique [cap AND mask AND
sterile gown AND sterile gloves AND a large sterile sheet
AND hand hygiene AND 2% chlorhexidine for cutaneous
antisepsis (or acceptable alternative antiseptics per current
guideline)] followed"
