Hi all, I'm in a new position working with a Pain Management group in a large hospital system. For several years, this practice has had no coder, and coding has been completed with the use of "routers" that the dr's circle and the front office staff inputs. After widespread insurance denials on RF's ablations, they brought me in.
So, we're basically starting from the ground up. I saw an image of a "Practice Expense Breakdown" from CodingKing on here when I was searching for some HCPCS drug information. Our RCM loved that example and would like to know how to get them. Are these published somewhere? I feel like this is a little out of my wheelhouse. BUT, I think this information can be used to help educate the providers and nurses.
