What kind of billing/coding do you want to test? There are just as many specialized coders as there are physicians, and when you also consider all of the multiple payer guidelines, you're probably better off to devise your own test based on your practice specialty.
Don Self has one...you'll want to review it for accuracy, since it's from 2009. It's not at all difficult.

This is really a test for our billing department to see what their knowledge is in coding. We are a family practice clinic, with OB, Behavioral Health, Dieticians, and Lab. So I am really looking for something that isn't too difficult. I am in the process of creating my own also. Thanks for the link.
