Just wondering if anyone knows the ICD10 code that is most appropriate for the pre-transplant evaluation process. Z01.818 is the one for evaluation that best fits, unless Z01.810 could be used as it is for Cardiovascular evaluation. For the transplant listing status, I think it will be Z76.82. I am new to transplant and just want to get confirmation of the codes we need to use. Thanks in advance to anyone who can assist.
