Wiki Pre-op Anaphylactic Shock

I code for Anesthesiologist a patient went into Anaphylactic shock prior to surgery. Patient was given a test dose of antibotics and went into shock. The Doctor had to give patient epinephrine and benedryl.Patient also required oxygen and he monitor the patient for 30minutes. Please advise how to code.

Critical care a possibility

Critical care code 99291 sounds like a possibility. Of course, it all depends on the documentation.
