Wiki Pre-Pen allergy testing

We have added an allergist to our group practice and a little confused on how to bill for a pre-pen penicillin skin testing?

We were looking at codes 95010 then 95015 but the reimbursement on those codes would not cover the cost of the pre-pen. I can't find a HCPCS code for the pre-pen.

Any advice would be welcomed.
