Pre-Surgery ostomy siting and instruction

Does anyone have experience billing for pre-surgery ostomy "sitting" and instruction by NPP. Marking of the site and instructions for care?
This will be done more than 48 hours prior to surgery.
Can we bill E&M based on time by NPP ( PA,NP APN)

Hello! Wondering if you ever received any clarification on this question? In my research I'm not finding a specific code for this visit and wondering also if it should just be billed as an E/M?
