pre-term 30wk infant was born elsewhere 2 months ago, now for reverse transfer.
Infant is now 60 days old and being transferred to our facility as slow grower with feeding problems (NG feeding) and 3250 grms in weight.
99477 Intensive Observation is for 28 days or younger so I am thinking report 99221-99223
My question is can the 99480 be used for the subsequent days due to the intensive care and present body weight?
