Wiki Preadmission Testing via Telehealth

Does anyone know if a provider can bill for preadmission testing via telehealth and if the reimbursement is different? If so, can someone please direct me to the guidelines/supporting documentation?

Where is the patient and where is the provider is my question exactly! I am looking for documentation that clearly states this is not billable. Everything I find states it is not recommended. You know how some providers are. If it not in black and white, they make their own rules.

If you don't know the scenario, then no one can answer this for you.
Just about any common PST testing (EKG, CXR, bloodwork) I could think of can't be done when the patient is at home. If you would like to provide that information, then others can give advice.
