What code would you use for precerting an angiogram?

This is NOT my area of expertise, but ...

I seem to recall from a presentation that some carriers group procedures by "family" ... so it's possible that using ANY of the angiogram codes is acceptable for the entire "family" of angiogram codes. Check with your carrier to be sure.
