I would like to ask about the proper ICD10 code for Preconception visit for Female was diagnosed with Infertility,She is not pregnant yet.

I suppose you can use N97.9 "female infertility, unspecified" with Z31.9 for "Encounter for procreative management, unspecified"

It will be rejected due to CLAI_016.the only exception will be for Z31.83 and that code for ART or IVF cases
