A fall is not obstetric trauma, so I would not recommend going that route. If you look close you will see that z71 is a labor and delivery category.
I may recommend going with a Z03.79 with an external cause code for the fall and a Z3A code for the gestational age. However I would need to see what the provider documented to be certain.
