I have to admit I'm not real good when coding for pregnancy and complications. Patient went to ER with abdominal pain and 17 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I know to code Z3A.17 as the secondary diagnosis but what about the abdominal pain do I code it the regular R10.9 or is they a pregnancy abdominal pain code to use?
