Hi All,
If the provider adds the following diagnosis WITHOUT STATING AFFECTING PREGNANCY' will I use ' complications of pregnancy' codes?

1.) Obesity

2.) Anemia

3.) Hx of C/S

4.) Vaginitis

5.) Candidiasis

Please help!

you will use O codes for a pregnant patient with other conditions. the guidelines state that it is providers responsibility to state the current condition is NOT affected by the pregnancy. so without that we assume the pregnancy affects all other conditions.
