O09.93 - Supervision of high risk pregnancy, unspecified, third trimester

O09.523 - Supervision of elderly multigravida, third trimester

Hi Veloso 🍼 :)
I would code dx 009.523 and Z3A.30 linked to exact 30 weeks of gestation if those weeks provider documented. Usually consider high risk if over age of 35 years old. Also the dx block of 009 means high risk.
