Wiki Pregnancy E/M question

Will taking the vitals and fetus mesurements during a pregnancy E/M allow for the physician to code a higher level of the Physical Exam component?

Is the patient having a problem that is unrelated to the pregnancy? Measurements etc. should be included in the ob package.
