I have a patient that came in to the ER in active labor. She was full term, but was transferred out before she delivered because our hospital no longer has an OB dept. How would you code this, just the pregnancy Z331 and Z3A.40 since she was 40 weeks? I feel like there should be something to show she was in active labor.
