What dx code would I use for a referral to ob for pregnancy from primary care provider, we have z33.1 but it has rejected on scubber needing primary this is to be used on secondary
 
If your provider did some labnwork to confirm the pregnancy, for which I use N91.2 Amenorrhea, then add Z32.01 Positive lab result
