Pregnancy with history of pre-term labor

Hello,

I was hoping to get a second opinion on the correct code for "pregnancy with a history of pre-term labor."

I have been using v23.41, but recently was told that the correct code is v13.21.

The way that I am reading it, you would use the v13.21 when the patient is not pregnant and the v23.41 code should be used during pregnancy.

I would greatly appreciate some feedback on this!
