Hi, am looking for an ICD9 code that would go along with a premature placenta with early choioamnionitis and chorionic plate vasculitis diagnosis code to go along with CPT code 88307/26. The infant was born at 27 wks. no mention if vaginal or c-section. was suggested on a site to use 656.70? any other ideas? this is something I will be coding out a lot in the coming months. Thanks!
