Wiki Prenatal visits to establish care for a newborn baby

The Pediatrician in our office would like to bill for services when an expectant mother comes to him to establish a pediatrician once the baby is born. I was thinking use codes 99401-99403 with ICD 10 Z76.81 (Expectant parent(s) prebirth pediatrician visit). Would this be correct? Are these stand alone codes for a face to face visit?
