Hi,
How to bill for patient's who want InitIial PrEP (Dx. Z20.6) and Physical Exam (Dx. Z00.01) will it be Well Visit? OR Sick Visit? because our providers Visit Code is 99204.

Please any advise!

If the patient was there for a preventive visit, then that's the code that should be used.

If you took out everything related to the physical, how many presenting problems are addressed, how much data is reviewed, and what is the risk of morbidity? If that doesn't support a 99204, it can't be billed.
