I would like to know how can I become prepared for ICD-10 implementation effective October 1st, 2015 without any financial aid or funds. Who can I contact, I have been reading about the changes and testing. Presently, I am unemployed for the last four (4) years. Any suggestions in this regard would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
 
I don't know where you are located. In Frederick Co., MD we have grants through our unemployment office that you can apply for to receive training for work related courses. I was just getting ready to apply when I was hired. They would have covered the online course or the test. The online assessment is on sale this month.
