Years ago I worked for a Physician who would send blank forms to new patients to fill out and bring in at the time of service. A practice
would like to send out forms that have pt address, SS#,etc to verify
before the pt appt. I strongly feel this is violation of patient confidentiality.
Any thoughts from anyone out there? Any suggestions on how other offices
process paperwork prior to appts?
