Please advise on the below mentioned report,

CT Abd & Retro Biopsy,
History: Colon cancer with presacral soft tissue mass

Findings: CT guidance and sterile technique. Lidocaine for local
anesthesia. An 18-gauge coaxial biopsy was performed of a presacral mass
from a left transgluteal approach. Multiple core biopsies obtained.

Impression: CT-guided biopsy of a presacral mass from a transgluteal
approach.

My take would be soft tissue biospy as 20206, Is this correct ? or need to consider as abdominal\retroperitoneal biopsy as 49180. Appreciated any insights!!

Thanks,
Esther Immanuel, CPC.
