I used V72.62 for the UA and Hgb done at the time of a Gyn. yearly wellness examination prior to ICD-10. Does anyone know what DX code would be correct now? The Z01.419 and Z01.411 codes now specify examination with or without abnormality. I am using those for the exam but am not sure what to use for the routine labs. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
