Preventive Service Billed with Medical Diagnosis

Are there any scenarios when a preventive visit (99381 - 99397) would be billed with a medical diagnosis, such as 401.9, instead of V70.0.
 
Not usually because it won't be preventive med if you've got a condition being treated. Think of Prev. Med as physicals. You may need a separate E/M level along with a Prev. Med service...
