if a 44yr old female goes to the doctor for an annual, Well Woman Exam can a preventive code be used in addition to the G0101 and Q0091. I have one coder telling me no and one saying yes. I have been told that the only way Preventive code can be used in addition to the g and q code is if the doctor reviews 8(i think) body systems. Any help on this topic would be greatly appreciated.

That is a tricky question. Check with ACOG to get their definition of well women.
You may see that they are one in the same.
