Does anyone have any information about what medicare/BCBS/Medicaid might be paying for 0650T. This is a new code.

According to Codify, 0650T has Medicare status C "C = Carriers price the code. Carriers will establish RVUs and payment amounts for these services, generally on an individual case basis following review of documentation such as an operative report."

For Medicare, that means your MAC will determine payment after review of the documentation. For any other carriers, you should contact the carrier. Not all providers have the same fee schedule for commercial carriers.
