Wiki Primary or Not Primary Dx?

Fellow members, can you provide insight on whether the ICD-10 code Z03.72 can only be billed as the Primary Diagnosis?

I looked on Encoder Pro & it shows 2 indicators (Primary Dx & Unacceptable Primary Dx).

The book also shows a Primary Dx indicator. Would there be any circumstance that would allow it to be billed as not Primary?

It is primary only allowed. It is unacceptable as a principle DX for inpatient admission.
