Need advice. Patient is seen and has Hypertension, Primary Pulmonary Hypertension and Chronic kidney disease unspecified stage. I know HTN w/CKD should be coded as I12.9 N18.9. However, I haven't been able to locate a diagnosis code for Primary Pulmonary Hypertension w/ Chronic kidney disease. Is there something I am missing in the code book? Thank you in advance.
